KHPS Collection of Students

Please can all parents needing their child to be collected make sure they have filled in a form for collecting their child from KHPS.

Terms and Conditions of Collection:
  1. We will collect all students, booked for collection, outside near the KHPS side gate near Kindy.
  2. If a child does not arrive by 3:10pm then the teachers will have to leave the school premises and the child will have to attend Koosh on that day. The teachers are unable to wait any longer as they will need to be back at Vibe Dance Studios to allow the collected students to change and to start their classes.
  3. If a child is absent without letting the Studio know and the teacher has gone to collect them, then the parent will be charged $5 for the inconvenience. Please call 0497851322 as soon as you can to let us know when your child is away unexpectedly due to illness or any other reason.
  4. If the child is on holiday we must get advance written notice via email  to [email protected]
  5. We will only collect a child who has a class in the first slot of teaching i.e. we cannot collect a child and supervise them for more than one hour as the teachers are teaching and cannot be held responsible for those students that insist on being outside after being collected.
  6. We cannot "hold onto" a child after a lesson for more than a few minutes after a class has ended. Again, this is because their is not enough supervision available as the teachers are teaching.
  7. If a parent has asked Vibe Dance Studios to collect their child, they must make it very clear to their child that they have to agree to sit in the kitchen area of Studio 1 or Studio 2 at all times i.e. they will not be allowed outside before their class as they cannot be properly supervised.
  8. If a child disobeys the rules as laid out above, then Vibe Dance Studios will not be held responsible for any accidents  or injuries that may occur as a result of the lack of supervision.
