Gold Package: 2 Hour Disco Party ($450 +  $50 deposit)

  •  Party invitations supplied free of charge
  • 1 Staff member on hand to help during the party.
  • 1 Dance Teacher for 90 minutes
  • Disco venue and lights
  • Disco party music playlist
  • Age appropriate disco party games with prizes
  • Trestle tables and chairs supplied on request
  • Choose 2 of the following: Fruit platter, vegemite/ham/jam sandwich and fairy bread platter, lolly platter, savoury platter. Pizza can also be supplied if ordered ahead of time. (Additional platters at an extra charge of $40 can be ordered. Each platter feeds around 10-15 guests.)
  • Party bags for each guest at the end of the party.
  • Tea and coffee available for parents.
  • Clean up after party done by VDS staff.
  • Payment is for 15 guests (extra guest incurs a charge of $15 per guest which includes prizes)

Silver Package : 2 Hour Disco Party ($330 + $50 deposit)

  • Party invitations supplied free of charge
  • 1 staff member on hand to help at the start (first 15 minutes) and finish (last 15 minutes) of the party
  • 1 disco teacher for 90 minutes
  • Disco lights in studio
  • Age appropriate disco party games with prizes
  • Disco party music play-list
  • Trestle tables and chairs supplied upon request
  • Tea and coffee available for parents
  • Party bags can be supplied at an additional fee upon request.
  • Clean up after party (this includes sweeping and wiping up spillages)
  • Payment is for 15 guests (extra guest incurs additional charges of $10 per guest which includes prizes)

General Terms and Conditions:

  • A non refundable deposit of $50 (0ver and above the cost of the party) cash is needed at the time of booking. 
  • If the party is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice a further charge of $100 will be charged to cover any financial outlays we have had to make to organise the party.
  • Guest numbers quoted do not include attending parents, only the children attending the party.  Extra party platters can be arranged for parents at a cost.
  • Please ensure all eating is done outside of the studio venue.
  • If it rains, there is ample cover outside the studio to ensure your guests stay dry.
  • Any breakages/damage to the studio will be invoiced to the party host so please supervise your guests.
  • Vibe Dance Studios and its teachers are not liable for personal injuries, loss of, or damage to personal property.
  • We only cater for pre-school and primary school aged children for parties.
